My friend has this Cichlid but doesn't know what it is. It looks to me like a hybrid of some sort but I wanted to get everyone elses opinion. This is the best pic he could get. Thanks in advance!

We have had a few ppl guess on our local fb fish group. They are not as knowledgeable as this group tho but the guesses were as follows:
Jack Dempsey X Firemouth
Jack Dempsey X flower horn
Tilipia?
