They look like ocellaris or stressed out kelbiri.
Yes, on the Cichla ocellaris. But there are lots of closely related ones and you probably need to know the country or river they came from to ID them. Some grow to 3+ feet.

Wholesaler. I've always been curious about Peacock Bass, just haven't found any at a decent price. Got these pretty cheap.
