Hello everyone;This is my first site like this so I am having trouble figuring it out as I go. I am Sean from Ma. and have tanks for @18 years now. I currently have 55 gal of african cichlids.I have always had them with many ups and downs.I recently have been doing some research to breed some Moorii cichlids.I was wondering if anyone knows the way to acquire a breeding pair other then the obvious store/internet; or better yet point me in the right direction.Thanks everyone.

For the moori, other than an online retailer (Dave's Rare Fish is my go-to guy), have you tried a local club?
You may have trouble with just a pair of fish... even with more docile Africans, males can be quite brutal on the females. The general strategy is to keep 1 male with at least 2-3 females.
