Hatching Lamprichthys tanganicus

ok... so, I'm getting 20+ eggs in the mail this week. I have no idea how to hatch them and know NOTHING about killies .

The person that is sending them to me said I could tumble them, just like I would tang. mouth brooders.

Has anyone raised these guys up from eggs? I've wanted to keep them for a long time, just never found anyone with eggs.

Any info would be appreciated :angel2:

Well, I guess we have no killi fans lol....

I found another good article here...

I am getting them today, so I hope I don't kill them :) If am able to raise them up, I hope I can breed them as well. Should be a nice addition to a sand sifter tank I have.

On another forum a suggestion was given to me to put lots of floating plants in the tanks so they won't jump and break their backs.

I bought some a few years back from Eric Brodrick? but they were already free swimming. One of the more fragile fish I've kept... all mine died :[ They seem fine one minute and die off the next.

I hope you have better luck with them. You should keep us posted on the progress. :D
