I need more specifics in order to answer your question. In my experience, rams can handle most foods without issue. I am not sure about brine shrimp or beef heart.

I've got Bolivian Rams in my 45 that get cichlid flake, pellet, frozen brine shrimp and frozen blood worms and they eat all of it. I feed the frozen foods 3-4x/week.

I have known people who kept their Rams with Their Discus. Everybody ate fine. As long as the bits are not too big you should be fine feeding them the same things. Of course that all changes feeding fry but you did not mention breeding. Whole different subject.

They will be fine eating a mixed diet. Just don't over do it with the beef
