Fish Research

I'm doing a project for school on electroreception in mormyrids and gymnotiformes. I've been doing some research but I was wondering if anybody has any experience with these fishes or knows of any good (and preferably recent) sources. I have access to a few databases, including JSTOR and EBSCO so I can access most academic journals.

There's a guy that was on Science Friday (NPR) who does work with them. There's also a guy at a university in St. Louis.

I once had a neighbor who worked with Elephant Nose mormyrids for his doctorate in Biology. Haven't seen him in years and lost touch. If I can find him I'll try to get his contact info.
