Exiting the hobby, everything must go 120g, 30g

I am remodeling and there is no room for the tank. I loved it, but the remodel will leave be without wall space.

I have a 120g malawi cichlid tank.
- 1 120g tank
- 1 black wood stand
- 1 ehiem pro II
- 1 jebo (uses same filter pads)
- 2 fluval heaters (digital)
- 2 awesome lights
- 3 1/3rd glass covers


I am also trying to get rid of a 30 long:
30 long with steel stand
1 eheim ecco pro
- SolarMax HE light
- Tetra heater.
- inline UV sterilizer (new!)

As for livestock:
The 30G has 12 adult demasoni, 2 juvies, and 1 juvie BN pleco.

The 120 has a mess of fish I don't know the counts anymore since they have been breeding like crazy.
I've got power blues, 3 adult yellow labs and 1 juvi, 3 yellow tail acei (fry expected soon), indigos have been breeding ridiculously.
3 bristle nose plecos
3 dwarf cats

The substrate is coralife cichlid sand, light tan.
About 100 lbs of lace rock. $2/lb.

I need to bump this. I ordered my cabinets and have to get rid of it all in 4 weeks.

So after a lot of research, it is a 125.

i think he has sold most of the stuff he has.. i know i have his demasoni colony..and yes..haven't seem him post lately..
