Dither Fish

I have a pair of convict cichlids with eggs. Should I put dither fish in the tank to reduce aggression between the parents?

You'll most likely just end up with dead dither fish or no babies left. The parents aren't very likely to kill each other, but I would leave them by themselves unless they start really inflicting damage.

I agree. The convicts will take care of the eggs and fry. Probably no real concern about aggression between the pair.
