Discus And Water Changes How Many Times A Week?

Hi,
How many times a week do you a 15- 25% water change in a week? We are doing about 3. I think we need to do more.

Our water has low KH so our PH is all up and down. :blink:
We are also having an ammonia problem from time to
time. :wacko:

We started using Proper PH6.5 and Ammo Lock.

Any ideas?
