How do I fix a cloudy tank. Can someone help me I did all of the necessary ways to try and fix the problem but i keeps going back to cloudy.

is it a new tank? Is it green cloudy or white cloudy?

With this much info I would say if it is full of anything, drain it and use windex on it. It should be quite clear then.
