Are those safe for fresh water tanks? They don't mess with PH or hardness?

There may be a slight decrease in pH and hardness, but nothing nearly as dramatic as driftwood or leaves. They can be used with either hardwater or softwater fish.

They look cute. I think I would want some as long as they are treated for any bacteria that could be on them. Will these be available at Aquamania? Will rocks for hiding spots also be for sale for a good price?

These are new so there is no need to treat them for anything. Aquamania might be possible. As for the rocks, I'm not sure, but you usually dont see them at these events.
