Aquarium fertilizer has the cheapest price for aluminum bottles I got my new 5lb for 63 shipped. Fills can be had for around 20. The hardest part is finding a shop that won't make you swap it. F & M fire in Brentwood is who I use for fills.

I use Roberts oxygen, I swap a 5lb bottle on average every three months they charge $20
