Beginner's Mbuna Tank

Hello,
I currently have a 10 gallon planted tank, and I'm waiting to set up my Mbuna 50 gallon tank. I have never kept African Cichlids, so I was hoping I could get some recommendations on stocking. I want colorful fish that are compatible with each other, are easy to source, and are not too expensive.

If you want to do single species saulosi. Males are blue and females are yellow.

You could also try cynotilapia species.

For my first mbuna tank, I did a group of yellow labs and a group of rusties. Both are relatively peaceful for mbuna, easy to breed, and colorful.

Acei are really pretty (blue w/yellow tails) and peaceful for beginners.
