Are there any fish stores in nova area that will buy fish?
I have tried several and they have all told me no.

Not in NoVa, but not too far of a drive is Tropical Fish World in Gaithersburg. I have traded fish in there in the past, and you get 1/3 retail in store credit if I remember correctly. Talk to Andrewtfw on the forum or the store owner Jim.

It's a great store with good folks.
