2.5gal nano - stocking options?

To keep myself more occupied, I've decided to venture into the nano world.
I already have the tank and parts, I just need stocking options.
I know I want to do plants for sure, but not sure for fish stock. I'm open to anything really, except catfish. I'll even do shrimp I'd prefer to have fish on all three levels of the tank, bottom, mid and top.

What would you all stock this tank with?

On a serious not I am not sure of many non catfish nano bottom dwellers.

A pair of Scarlet badis might be a good mid-level option. There are a lot of small schoolers or livebearer options for the top(Endlers are available in a lot of varieties).

Nothing but shrimp, they will occupy an entire tank with plants once they your #'s increase.

I think I'm gonna do shrimp, darios and some small tetra types.

Made this tank, it's about 2.7g (liquid).
