So with this month being the first month of TFH's new format of only publishing 6 issues per year? I'm wondering how many people are planning on letting their subscriptions lapse?
I got a renewal notice in the mail which is asking me to pay the same price for half the issues. It's feeling...
I just got the Feb issue of TFH...and there's an advertisement for AquaMania 2 (The Big Fish Deal) on page 40!
Thanks to our Platinum Sponsor Li and MFK for making this happen!
If you haven't yet registered for AquaMania, please do before the meeting on Saturday.
You never know whether...
Tropical Fish Hobbyist is running an Earth Day promotion, where you can get a one-year digital subscription for 99 cents.

I have 111 issues of TFH from 2001 until 2010. I may have some missing issues. I am asking for $10, which includes the boxes I put them in. I will also include three other fish magazines. Pick-up is in Gaithersburg.
The Tropical Fish Hobbyist Earth Day subscription is still going on. It is $3 this year.
The code is EDAY12

Our very own Andrew Blumhagen has an excellent article on Catfishes in this month's TFH, and Bob Bock co-wrote an article on Catfish breeding behavior.
Nice job, guys!
1) It's all about cichlids (even the Planted Tank article talks about cichlids for planted tanks!).
2) Your picture might be in it.
3) Li donated a half-page ad for CCA! (see #2)
Seriously, it's a great issue, and if you don't subscribe, you should pick up a copy the next time you're in...
Funny issue. There is a turtle on the cover. Comes with an article as well. Then Lee Finley and Wayne Leibel switched columns, and so did Ted Colleti and that woman who usually writes about planted tanks. I didn't find anything else that was along those lines.
Dick Stratton is stepping down...
Just got my new issue of TFH. There are lovely photos by madame president in the dwarf pike article, and hey, CCA is in the meeting place! Onward and upward! ;)
