I've been using these all-in-one sticks, i think from API. I'm about out of them and either need to reorder or try something else. I like the convenience of the all-in-ones but I wonder how accurate they are. Any recommendations? Marlin Sent from my SCH-I545 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

I can never find a way to leave the test tubes up side down to dry. So, I got some of my son's legos and came up with this. How do you deal with your test tubes?

Like a few other members, I have a few test kits sitting around collecting dust. I haven't tested parameters in any of my tanks in years unless there was a problem. I'm sure they all have expired and should be thrown out. I'm thinking it might be worth the while to test the tanks on...

Ok, am I the only one who can't distinguish a 5 ppm from a 40 ppm nitrate reading in a non-planted tank) Depending on how I hold the tube and the card, near the card, on the card, where I stand, what the lighting is (sunlight, halogen...), where Pluto is in relation to the ecliptic plane, etc...

Where can I find API 5ml test tube or the equivalent? I had a butter fingers moment and broke 4 at once. If I can find it locally that would be great.
