I had a bottom seal blow on my tank last night and had to drain it completly. I have 3 red terrors in a 5 gallon bucket 1 -5" male 2 -2.5" un-sexed. I need them gone tonight you must pick up in Bowie MD after 4pm. I'll take them a LFS if nobody can take them.
Hey guys
I bought a wc ecuadoran gt pair and I have lost all hope in getting this particular pair to spawn
The male has almost killed the female multiple times and she is now missing allot of her tail.
The male is 5"+/- $35
The female is 4" and she's free just because she is in such bad...
Anyone with any experience with this fish?
I picked up a 2.5" bonded pair and the male already has the head hump.
Is this a common trait and behavoir of the species to be mature enough at this size to spawn?
They are probably my favorite fish that I've never kept. They've always been on my list, but haven't set up a tank for them yet.
There seems to be a lot of variation within these fish, and I'm sort of confused about what is a "True" Green Terror. I've seen some Asian line-bred fish with...
Have a male and female green terror. Male is about 3.5", female is about 2.5". Not paired as I think they're too young to get into that sort of thing.
I like them, just don't have tank space for them.
$15.00 for the two. Can bring to the January meeting.
I wasn't trying to breed these yet but my Green Terrors spawned in my 55. Too bad mom laid eggs next to the 304 intake. I may try to save them or at least come up with a pre-filter. Any suggestions on a DIY pre-filter for a Fluval intake tube.
Where can I find some good looking green Terrors locally. I am on a boycott of PetSmart. My local Petco has them and the fish section is kept up. But what about the real LFS? I know what Tropical Lagoon has but what about the others.
If anyone has any or knows where I could get some small-ish (3-5 inches) festaes, I am looking for 2 prs (4-5 fish). I bought some fish that were labeled as Red Terrors, but rather than festaes, they are Uru's.
On a related note, anyone know what the best way is to go about getting a store...
