How worried should I be about this algae growing into the silicon.

Those of you with successful DYI plywood aquariums, what type of silicon did you use to install glass? Marine type? Bath & tile? What's safe? I install my glass next week Sunday. Need to figure this out before than. Sent from my LG-P509
