We have had this problem in the past but its getting bad again. When you get and email saying you have a PM from the forum. You can not respond to the email. You must go on the forum, go to your PM's and respond. When you just hit reply to the notice, the person you are talking to will...

Please remember that if you get a notification email that you have a PM, you need to log on and respond. Please do not respond to the notification email. If you do that then your response will not go to the person whom you wish to speak with. I get a notification on the webmaster site...
