ornatus

I got the parents a few months ago from one of our auctions, and I'm really digging these fish! Males are a lovely striped blue, with females taking on a yellowish tint. This is the first batch I've noticed....the adults aren't yet full size so it was a small batch, with only eight fry!

My J. Ornatus Congo Yellow that I got from Dave's Rare Fish in the group buy last spring has spawned. The image shows some fry in the tank.
