Has anyone ever used Ken's Tropheus food for Tropheus? I like the food I have gotten from him in the past. It is real high in Spirulina but the protein content is 45 %. I have never given them anything over 39%. Just wondering.

Has anyone purchased these ceramic cichlid rocks from Ken's fish? If so what are your thoughts? If the look real, weigh much less than real rock, hollow inside=more places for the fish to hide...this is a possiblity. The setup shown in the video is the 15 piece set for $55.95...
