iodine

Anyone know of how to add iodine to fish food or how to supplement it. My jewel has a goiter and everything I've read Says lack of iodine...their natural habitat contains more iodine than sea water who knew? Any advice? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using MonsterAquariaNetwork app
