For those who have fish rooms. Do you heat the room, tank, both or other?

I have a some fish tanks that cant seem to beet the heat. When i was in AR my apartment was a little better sealed and had central air, now we just have window units and they cant really keep up with the heat. I know its only going to get hotter so short of someone giving me a mirical solution...
