    Hello everyone! I'm new to the hobby and looking forward to learn more about African Cichlids in this forum :D. I currently own two 55 gal tanks, one for Mbunas and the other one is all Peacock cichlids. Im very happy that I found this forum.

    I just picked up cichlid keeping, and I already have a small fishroom in the process. Any advice would be helpful on the fishroom. I live in Maryland, so any good breeders or LFS that have a good cichlid stock would be appreciated, as I am in the process of trying to find breeding groups...

    Noticed this coming from his eye. Moved him to a quarantine tank and started frequent water changes with salt. First pic makes it look worse than what it is. Looks like 2 white strings coming out of his eye. What do you think it could be?
