grapevine

I have a piece of grapevine wood that I have never used. I got it and some other pieces at the MARS expo for my bearded dragon and I have never used this one. I've been reading up on it on the web and am getting conflicting ideas. Has anyone on here ever used it? If so, what is your experience...
