I was wondering if anybody ever turn a marine battery for boat into a power source to run an air pump during power outage.

What's the best (most reliable and most effective) battery operated air pump available? If the best is incredibly expensive and there is one that is just about as good, but far less expensive then I'd prefer that. Noise would be a tie breaker since I'm only planning on using these in...
