Great fish Travis. How are these guys to keep? How big is the group?

I did a quick Google search and it said they can be hit or miss in terms of aggression. It also said that they'll hide in the sand when they get frightened. Pretty cool behavior.

I have a group of 9, they aren't terribly aggressive...its just a constant back and forth chase between the males during the day. However, there is no real damage ever inflicted.

They do hide in the sand if I freak them out too much during a water change. It shocks me when I stir the sand and a fish pops out and into my hand.

He's a video of my festae glass banging to protect her fry from me...then she ate them. No worries the dad was a texas. I didn't even know they spawned, I came home to a cloud of free swimmers, the next day went on vacation and came home to no fry.

Looks like either the forum on youtube is having issues with video's, MFK is the same way.

Looks like either the forum on youtube is having issues with video's, MFK is the same way.

It's vbulletin.

Youtube recently changed their embed code and video flash player and the forum software is freaking out.

I don't understand why vbulletin doesn't do what phpbb does, which is instead of pasting the embed code you just paste the video URL in between the youtube takes and the forum does the rest.

I'm sure vbulletin will make a fix soon...
