Anyone know where i can pick up a white lip mode group... preferably 2.5 inches or bigger????

Moved this guy to a hospital tank and treated with Pima/Melafix. The lip thing has definitely gotten worse in the last 24 hours. Not the greatest picture but puffy and red and white on his lip. NOT fluffy.

Any ideas what this is? This one wild hap had it when I got him. He had a small spot above his lip when I got him back in the fall and it has since grown a bit. There is also a small spot on his lower jaw (visible in the third pic). I need to move some fish out of the tank, but am hesitant...

One of my pair of angels has developed fat lips. Seems to me there is a cure for this. My memory is not great, but I seem to remember reading about this years ago. Ideas?
