I have a 2-2.5 inch male that I just separated from my grow out tank because he was getting beat up by my the alpha male. He is small, but a male. I can bring to next meeting if you want. Just make an offer.

The smarter of the endlers figured out the canister was a pretty sweet place to live/hide. Haven't seen any in awhile, but also haven't checked the filter!
The Eureka is probably a solid 3.5-4", although he's quite a sissy. Pretty much hides all the time.
