planning on getting a 40b from petco, but i need a stand. don't care if it is wood or metal, or what color.

Edsal shelving units from Home Depot work great if you don't mind the industrial look. Search the forum, there are several threads on them.

The only glass tops I have seen that fit is 1/2 of a 125 gal glass top or
Glass cages sells them individually.
But you can buy the stand and two 40GB tanks for 169.95 while the $1/gal sale is on and the stand will actually work for two stands and four tanks if you are so inclinded.
