smokin in the snow

Last Saturday we finally had our Christmas get together with Tracey's side of the family..
Anyway it was bring a dish so I decided to fire up the smoker.

It was supposed to be Italian so I dressed up my Fatty a bit

Started out with Sage Sausage and added, Pepperoni, tomatoes, ham, Italian cheese, mushrooms, and tomato sauce.
I rolled it up, covered it with bacon and put it on the smoker.

I was a little worried when I first fired up the smoker. LOL Was not sure if I could keep my temperature in the right place.
But it worked out.
And yes, I made 2.
Had to have some the next day at home.

close to the one that I had for the summer cookout.
just added the tomato sauce and mushrooms. Changed the cheese from cheddar to 4 cheese Italian blend.
I liked the one in the summer better.
