SDHC Card Speed

Maria got me a new Kodak Zx5 handheld camera for my birthday!!!:party0006:

It has a small internal memory, so requires a SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) card. The manual states that "For best epxerience and to use sharing features - including social networking and email - you must purchase and insert a card (SDHC Class 4 or higher; maximum supported size: 32GB)."

I looked up what the class meant and it is related to the speed of the card. Class comes in 2, 4, 6, 10 and directly translates over to MBPS.

Anyone have any idea if there's any reason for me getting one with a rating over the recommended minimum of 4?

Thanks in advance, looking forward to shooting some video and posting it up. :)

Just be careful. I've read many reviews about off-brands not getting close to the class they claim. Your manual should list the brands and size cards tested/verified to run well with your camera.
