Other than the chilis, probably not too many color enhancers in that. Discus breeders have been putting garlic in their foods for years. The fish really seem to love it. I don't know about the other stuff: oregano, cumin, or black pepper. I don't think cumin has a lot of carotenoids in it, but I usually dump a lot of it into my pork roast marinade.
