I would say it is a 'Carolinea' which I think is a man made version of the A. jacobfreibergi bred to bring out the orange. Not 100% sure though.

I thought Carolinae was sold as the "swallowtail" and had the long caudal fins with blue/white edging? Hard to tell exactly from the pic, but it doesn't look like it has especially long caudal fins. It's been awhile since I've kept peacocks, but to me, that looks like the jacobfreibergi eureka red. Still, originally a product of selective breeding if I remember correctly.
