LED lighting system w/ African cichlids

What is the best LED lighting spectrum to use with African cichlids in a 180 gallon tank? How many lights will I need for a 72x24x24 tank to prevent dead spots?

Has anyone heard of BML lights based out of Texas?http://www.bmlcustom.com/custom-led-strip/

Buildmyled make really really good lights and you can customize the crap out of them. They also have dimmers and intensity controllers you can add on. One of the reasons the customization is good is you can get different beam angles, the smaller the angle the deeper the penetration but the less width coverage higher.

You pay a huge premium for them
