Is this fin rot, or just a bad injury

Hey guys
Just noticed this on one of my peacock bass
Is this fin rot, or just an injury?
If its fin rot, how to I get rid of it?
ammonia and nitrite are 0, and nitrate is a bit high at 10

Try some Melafix

already added a half dose of melafix. He's in with my rays so I didnt want to do a full dose.

Maybe try feeding him some antibiotic laced foods?
