I just put an order in for fish food ect at Kens Fish.

I'm really excited because I ordered another air pump :jumpy::jumpy::jumpy:

I have 4 tanks running with weird set-ups....

Hang on the back filters are going BYE BYE !! So are sponges run with power heads !!

so I'm lame ........... :lol: but I can't wait to get rid of all that stuff !!

What kind of food did you order I have his HBH veggie and some of the pure spirulina my tropheus love it.

Its funny I cant help thinking how it looks like their shipping marijuana. Its a box filled with a green plant like substance thats in 1/2lb baggies. Just makes me laugh.

I use air pumps for both sponge filters and box filters (I use at least one of each on each tank).

Running sponges with powerheads works but the sponges tend to get clogged fast.

I put "quick filters" on my powerheads and use them to power "dump" filters (basically a rubbermaid with a bunch of filter stuff in it...and holes in the bottom of the rubbermaid to allow water to "dump" back into the tank via gravity)...kind of like a wet/dry filter above the tank (and without the need to drill / have overflows)...and doubling as a hood!

Yes... and it drives me crazy !! The rest of my fishroom is on one pump... it's just one rack that needs it. That rack drives me bonkers !!

Prior to graduation at the Military Academy, everyone had to attend a session run by the DEA...in which they burned some weed in a coffee can... Everyone had to take a sniff.

The purpose of the session: To be able to answer the question "How do you know what marjiuana smells like?" in court testimony... :rolleyes:

I'm a big fan of Kensfish.com and their food: color flakes, crumbles, the water stable pellets, etc.

Ever watch Seinfeld Sarah - you mean all your tanks are finally sponge-worthy?:lol::lol::lol:.

I know what maryjane smells like from college and we did NOT burn it in a can, might have had it sitting in there though. Note: I went to college in the sixtys. Any one who DIDN't know what it smelled like, didn't live in a dorm.

I will put the 1 or 2 HOB's in the auction. But I am keeping the power heads.

I used to work with troubled teens as a counselor for many years untill I burned out. Enough said ;) ( wait ... I admitted to actually having a job at one point lol )

In what other thread could you read about fish food, powerheads, weed...and then HOB filters?

At least the barter/trade of one or more of these things for one or more of another wasn't discussed :) :)

Unless someone wants to trade some powerheads for HOB filters!
