HELP!!! save my fish

New addition to tank yesterday. Cyp pavo got 5. 4 look awesome. 5th is the male who was bagged separately. They spent 48 hours in the bag do to UPS sucking. He is now tail high, puffy white tail fin. Brownish mask like rings on head above the eyes.

looks like he took on some air. usually that will go away and its not as big of a deal as it looks like. although i'm definately not the expert here.
