It’s basically brand new. I removed from box and put it in my sump….wasn’t auto replacing floss…I had to use manual button to rotate floss roll. Thought water sensor bad. I have 2 salt water tanks with same Reefmat…so I started switching sensor and control units around to find issue…auto roll works perfectly on other tanks each time but same issue with freshwater with no auto roll….so I contacted Red Sea and got this message back posted with photos. So it works salt water but not freshwater…smh…so I’m giving new filter floss roll…which I have for replacement on other two as well as sump conversion kit. Reefmat 1200 sells for $399 new…and sump conversion kit is $20 online…..so I’m just trying to sell the 1200 because it doesn’t work for freshwater….only saltwater. All parts perfect condition. No issues at all. $375 is price. Wasn’t even in water 1 week….but work great in my other two salt water Red Sea S-1000 tanks! Please lemmie know if interested.
