Save your money. As I have read elsewhere, ECC included, this heater is flawed throughout.
I recently tried one of these heaters on a 55g. A good heater that is rated @ 200 watts should keep a 55g at a comfortable temp, even for African-Keepers. Well this "E" Series that I tried was a 300w heater...good for tanks up to 90g, IMO.
The previous heater had stopped, and the temp had dropped down to the upper 60's. I set the "E" Series in the tank, and 20 mins later plugged it in...setting the temperature at 74f. 24 hours later and the tank was at 71f, so I set the heater at 76.5f. Two days later and the tank is at 71.5f.
Awful.
I have since replaced it with a Marineland Visi-therm.

That sucks the Deep blue was cracked!?! I had heard good things about them but did not know HOT sold them. I just got one online and paid for shipping. :( I too loved my Marineland heaters. I never had a problem even the the ones that were recalled.

I 've had good results from Deep Blue...

...and they're really really cheap online as are the Fluval M series that also seem to be performing well. Of course they all work well until they don't, but I'm running about a dozen of each with no issues as yet in over a year. Remains to be seen if there as durable over the long haul as Jaegers generally are but they're certainly less expensive.

All the Jäger heaters I bought in the last 2 years have failed. Even the one I bought 6 months ago. Not like the EboJagers that would work for 20+ years, still have a few of those.

I also loved my Stealth's until I turned them in, I never had a problem with them, but the idea of one of them exploding was way more than I wanted to chance. I am a firm believer in "all heaters suck". I now have a stash of various sizes, various brands, NIB, I buy them when I see them on sale. Haven't found one I'd recommend yet.
