Finding Male Mbunas

Hi!

Hypothetical situation:

Trying to find 3 female Cynotilapia Afras.

Situation: Putting 4 or 5 or 6 that are believed to be female in a tank together.

Question: How long until a new dominate male starts coloring up, assuming one is in the tank?
