I met him once many many years ago at an AKA convention. I thought he had passed away?

That' maybe be the case Joel. I was out of fish for many years in-between. I know I saw a webpage for a shop in Virginia Beach, Animal Jungle, last night that listed an Ed Taylor giving a program on freshwater fish. I know Ed lived in VB.
