Demo Derby!

Demolition Derby at the Montgomery County Ag Fair tonight and tomorrow! Tonight's derby starts at 7:30pm. I have a friend driving in the derby, so I'm very excited to see all the cars getting smashed. The ag fair is always a blast, even though I'm not a county boy any longer (never really was, but I lived in the country for a few years). Looking forward to some carnival games, good food, and pig races! Anyone that lives local should come out and enjoy, its the last wekeend.

I am so frustrated. We haven't had heavy rain for weeks and we get 2 nights in a row of torrential rain. Of couse the heaviest was due to hit shortly before the start of each event. Worst possible timing. Both derbys were cancelled and today was the last day of the fair. I'll have to wait for the frederick county fair.
