I'm a generalist also, currently keeping cichlids from Central America, South America and the 3 largest African rift lakes. I really love huge cichlids but don't have the big tanks space for that at this time so I'm focusing more on small African mouthbrooders and breeding tanks for pairs of Central American substrate spawners.
I have community tanks and single species breeding tanks and a tank where plants are the main focus. I'd like to focus on having a couple of pure display tanks, but I enjoy having fish breed and raising fry so much I get sort of restless with a tank with no babies. I also like to design things and would be interested in adding input to any projects people are working on... especially ponds (I had a tiny one when I lived in Florida) or massive tanks!
