Prince

The ONE who is The ONE
The Discovery Channel/Animal Planet claims to not support the Sea Shepherds but they are flying the Sea Shepherds flag in front of their headquarters.

As much as I like the cause, those Whale Wars guys are wreckless idiots and deserve anything they get. There are better ways to fight their cause.

Their actions and melodramatics have me rooting for the Japanese.

The shows hilarious.. It's beyond ridiculous.

They even rammed their boats a couple times into the Japanese ships, and then cried foul when the japanese eventually did it back to them and sunk one of their boats.

South Park did a hilarious parody of the show here: (oh, and of course it's not work safe, but IMO it is family safe compared to typical South Park episodes (more pg-13 than the usual R (or TV-MA) rating south park usually has)....:
WHOLE EPISODE: http://www.southparkstudios.com/episodes/251888

Best clip from the episode: http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/254171/ <---FAST FORWARD TO 1:10 ROFL!!!

This clip explains why the Japanese hate whales so much: http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/254177/

And this is the American's answer to save the whales while not receiving the wrath of the Japanese (makes sense if you watched the last clip): http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/254178/

The episode does attack both sides though. It does attack the Japanese whaling (and provides a HILARIOUS reason why they "hate whales so much"), as well as even more brutally attacks the Whale Wars show and how ridiculous it is.

In my opinion that is one of South Park's best episodes...

It's like when the Somali pirates hijacked an American ship with a brand new administration. What the hell did they think was going to happen? We'd pay a ransom?

Oh, and South Park made an episode making fun of that too LOL

Ooooh. I might make some people look different at me here. TV series over exaggeration and hyped up drama aside, those people are bad ***. Not many people are willing to stand up and fight for what they believe in today, let alone put up with that kind of danger and uncertainty along the way. If I was not married and had no real responsibilities other than taking care of myself - I would jump at the chance to be a high seas hoodlum with them. Regardless of the methods they employ, I think they have stones bigger than 99.9% of the general population. Most people are content with freaking American Idol, a new car, big screen and the latest and greatest fashion fads or what some crybaby egomaniac overpaid sports clown "hero" has done now. Like it or not, right or wrong, crazy or sane -they at least are trying to do something for what they believe in. I'll kindly shut up now, and take whatever responses come my way with a silent smile. :D
