Weird white bump on Angelfish.

One of my angels has a white bump right above its eye. It looks kind of like a pimple. There isn't any redness and the fish is acting normal and eating.

Here is the best picture that I could get.


Does anybody know what it could be and what I should do about it?

Looks to big to be ick, id have to say it is probably a fungus. I would treat him with some antibiotics asap, so no damage occurs to the eye.

It's not inch it is fungus- treat it NOW get him in quarantine, 70% WC and if it's what I think it is your others shall not get it... Need a UV steralizer on the topic? I have an extra 10W -if you have Cipro dose him with 300mg/20G... 20% WC 24 hours later then another dose 5x
