I think that is Protomelas taeniolatus "Tangerine Tiger". It has that kind of narrow barring pattern. This one appears more broken up though but it may even out as the fish ages.
My group of tangerine tigers have very clean, thin vertical lines and don't have any horizontal melanin, but that could be a population variation. I think they have a rounder head profiled as well...
Younger fish have horizontal lines (photo taken from Rocky Mountain Cichlids website)
But like I said earlier the pattern is pretty broken up which is unusual. It may even out as the fish age or it may not. If it doesn't then I would think it would be something different.
