Raphael's, the amblydoras and nemadoras genus don't get too big and they tolerate a lot. Corydoras sterbai can take a pretty broad range, too. BNPs will tolerate that range, too.
I decided to just go with small blue channel catfish and figured I’d eat them once they get too big. Now I need a large SA Cichlid that is already trained to eat pellets large enough to hang with the 8” bass.
