Quarantine

Is quarantine still good practice when getting fish from a fellow club member and/or a club endorsed vendor?

Yes. Even the best case delivery is stressful for fish. So even if they started out healthy they may be susceptible to something that they wouldn't be in a normal situation.

Def. I've been guilty of traveling straight home from a pick up and added to a tank after acclimation but i don't recommend that.

Quarantining is always good practice, although I am guilty of adding fish from trusted sources to established tanks if I don't have enough room to quarantine.

Ditto. Fish that need mature systems or a have very specific environmental requirements sometimes skip quarantine, too, because I try to keep quarantine tanks pretty bare, but it's not something I advise.
